From the mountains to the dinner table, every part of the trip is an opportunity to build friendships, share experiences, and become part of a community that continues exploring the world together.

You could plan the same destination. But you won’t have the same experience.

We’ll be staying at Mountain Modern in the heart of Jackson, within walking distance of downtown’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and approximately 25 minutes from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

The property features a pool, hot tub, and comfortable spaces to unwind after a full day of adventure.

We offer several room options to fit your preference and budget: private rooms, shared rooms for friends or couples, bunk-style accommodations, and a limited number of upgraded suites.

All accommodations are included in your trip price based on your selected room type. Daily breakfast, a welcome dinner, and one additional group dinner are also included.

Getting around Jackson is easy, and we’ll take care of the important stuff! Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is just a short drive from town, and we’ll coordinate with guests to arrange group airport pickups and drop-offs whenever possible.

All transportation to our planned adventures is included, including Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Grand Targhee, and our snowmobiling experience.

Our accommodations are within walking distance of downtown Jackson, so exploring local restaurants, shops, and nightlife is easy. Uber and other local transportation options are also available.

We’ll handle the adventure logistics so you can focus on enjoying the trip!

  Daily breakfast is included, served on-site before we head out for our morning adventures. We’ll also cover your welcome dinner and one additional group dinner, giving everyone a chance to connect, share stories, and enjoy Jackson’s food scene together.

  For other lunches and dinners, you’ll have the freedom to explore Jackson’s restaurants, grab a bite on the mountain, or join others from the group for a night out.

While we handle the majority of the planning and logistics, a few expenses are left up to you:

• Flights: Round-trip airfare to and from Jackson Hole (JAC).

• Ski & Snowboard Rentals: Equipment rentals, including skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets.

• Lunches: Meals during our mountain days and other activities.

• Three Dinners: You’ll have three evenings to explore Jackson’s incredible restaurants and dining scene at your own pace.

• Alcoholic Beverages: Drinks outside of any specifically included group offerings.

• Optional Add-Ons: Extra hotel nights, room upgrades, lessons, and additional excursions.

• Personal Expenses: Shopping, souvenirs, and other purchases.

• Travel Insurance: Recommended for all guests but not included in the trip price.

We’d still love for you to join us! Seven Ends is about so much more than skiing and snowboarding. It’s about the people, the experiences, and the memories we create together.

You can select the option to remove lift tickets at checkout and still join us on the mountain to enjoy the scenery, restaurants, and après-ski atmosphere. Or take the day to explore Jackson, discover local shops, relax, or choose another adventure of your own.

You’ll still be part of all our group dinners, snowmobiling, and other shared experiences.

You don’t have to ski to be part of the adventure.

This is one of the most important questions for Seven Ends. Explain that many guests arrive knowing nobody and leave with an entirely new group of friends. The trip is designed to bring people together.

Adventure comes with a little unpredictability, especially in the mountains of Wyoming!

While we’ve carefully planned every detail, winter weather can sometimes impact skiing, snowmobiling, transportation, or other scheduled activities.

Your safety and experience are always our priorities. If weather forces us to change plans, the Seven Ends team will handle the logistics, coordinate with our local partners, and work to arrange the best possible alternative.

Whether that means adjusting our schedule, swapping activities, or finding another way to experience Jackson Hole, our goal is to make every day memorable.

While we can’t guarantee perfect weather or that every activity will operate as scheduled, we’ll do everything reasonably possible to deliver an incredible experience. Any refunds or credits for canceled activities will be handled in accordance with our booking terms and applicable provider policies.

The mountains might change the plan, but they don’t have to ruin the adventure.

We want to make joining the adventure as easy and flexible as possible. Secure your spot with a $750 deposit, then spread the remaining balance across three interest-free payments.

Payment Schedule:

• At Booking: $750 deposit to reserve your spot.

• December 1, 2026: First installment of the remaining balance.

• January 1, 2027: Second installment.

• February 1, 2027: Final installment. Your trip is officially paid in full!

Cancellation Policy:

Plans change, and we understand. You can cancel your reservation on or before December 1, 2026, for a full refund, including your deposit and any payments made.

Cancellations after December 1, 2026, are nonrefundable.

All payments are interest-free, with no additional financing fees.
